Contemplative Prayer

Nearly every Wednesday night of the year for more than fifteen years, a faithful group of people have met together at St. Augustine’s to practice contemplative prayer. Drawing from a variety of resources, including those of the late Fr. Thomas Keating, the late Fr. John Main, and the Taize Community, the core of this group’s practice is communal silence.

The group is led by Sr. Cheryl-Mary Fox, OSBCn and meets at 6pm in the classroom closest to the parking lot. All are welcome to explore this ancient practice of contemplative prayer in community at St. Augustine’s.
